Also includes instructions for care of your turned piece. Turned from a piece of Ambrosia Maple, this piece measures 8.25 " in diameter. The spalt and natural creamy color in this is quite beautiful and some of the worm holes go through the plate, with some of the natural edge of bark still visible on one side. This was turned this in the days immediately after Katrina hit the southern part of the US.
